Official Contest Rules
1. Contests Are Open To All Radio Listeners In Amarillo And The Texas Panhandle Area.
2. No Purchase Necessary.
3. One Cash Winner Per Household, Per Calendar Month.
4. Cash Winner Must Be At Least 18 Years Of Age And Provide Full Name, Address, Phone Number And Social Security Number To KGNC Before Acceptance Of Cash Prize.
5. Cash Winner Is Responsible For Any Local, State Or Federal Taxes Incurred.
6. One Secondary PrizeWinner Per Household Per Day.
7. One Morning Show Game PrizeWinner Per Household Per Week. Morning Show Contestants Are Allowed Only One Guess Per Contest.
8. All Prizes Must Be Picked In Person Within Two Weeks Of Winning At The KGNC Studios During Regular Business Hours – Monday Through Friday From 8:15am-5:15pm
9. All Drawing Participants Must Sign Up In Person On An Official KGNC Entry Blank In Their Own Handwriting And May Not Sign Up Any One Other Than Themselves.
10. KGNC Is Not Responsible For Failure Of Telephone Equipment, Circuits Or Cellular Phones.
11. Full And Part-Time Employees Of KGNC, Remote Broadcast Sponsor Locations And Their Immediate Families(To Include: employee’s parent, spouse, child, brother, sister, grandparent or grandchild, whether related by blood, adoption or marriage Are Not Eligible To Participate.
12. KGNC And It’s Participating Sponsors Reserve The Right To Change The Contest, End The Contest Or Disqualify A Prize Winner At Any Time.
